Celeste Sexton’s passion for performance started in local musical theater at a young age in her hometown of Athens, Ohio.  She developed her talents, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater Performance at Ohio University, succeeding in her demanding program, which included emphasis on movement and voice training.

Celeste moved to New York City with the desire to expand as an artist and to seek new forums in which to explore her craft. Since living in New York, Celeste has appeared in numerous stage productions from Shakespeare to children’s theater to Improv. Celeste also has a passion for on-camera work, appearing in an ongoing  web series and a variety of short films. She continues exploring the medium, taking film acting classes at The Barrow Group and is looking forward to exciting future projects. Celeste is currently a member of The Complete Theatre Company,http://www.thecompletetheatre.com/default.html  as well as Field Day, an all female Improv sketch Comedy group  http://www.fielddaycomedy.com/ .

Celeste is very dedicated to the idea of respect and collaboration with others in her field, thriving on the energy that is created in this process. She is a very versatile actress who approaches her work with great sincerity, honesty and professionalism.
